BCC has organized a 1-day professional training based on the needs of its members, regarding the capacity-building.
Attendees were employees with different positions in companies that have human resources, technology, social media management, etc. as their scope.
They had the opportunity to gain knowledge of best practices for performance management according to the 360 degree model, types of motivation and how to use it in the workplace and other strategies, by two expert trainers Florentina Dushi from BD Group and Violeta Haxhillazi from Mazars Albania & Kosovo.
