BCC has organized the professional training ‘’Evolution of Business through Sales’’, providing consultant members the best perspectives on various types of business operations and how to follow the proper strategy to increase the level of products and services through sales.
The training was conducted by expert trainer – Art Shala (PhD) consultant and professor in the field of business administration. Has over 10 years of experience in the field of marketing, sales, and re-organization of companies, in Kosovo, Switzerland and Italy.
Art is the managing director at the consulting company Art Shala & Co.
