On behalf of BCC and the EBRD Bank, a preparatory program for the certification “Project Management for Proffessionals / Consultants” took place for representatives of consulting companies and businesses, with the expert lecturer Ian Glenister from United Kingdom.
The participants have gained knowledge on the concept and the best perspectives from: Fundamentals of the PMP, project idea, project planning and project implementation.
Apart from the lectures, the assignments took place in 4 different groups, where each group had to present their project structure, idea and the plan for implementation.
Lastly, the participants were instructed on the ways on how to enter the certification test, planned to be held in a digital format.
