BCC has organized the professional training ”Sales and Customer Care” for its members Cacttus, StarLabs, Digital School, DVM and Hallakate Social Media Agency.
The training focused on idea-creation for building a sales strategy and embracing the ”customer care” approach within the business.
The expert lecturer was Violeta Haxhillazi from MAZARS Albania & Kosovo.
