The Kosovo Investment and Enterprise Support Agency (KIESA) today launched the Digital Empowerment Initiative (DEI) to support Kosovar companies towards digital transformation.
Micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will benefit from digitalization services in order to increase performance, competitiveness and market access.
E-Commerce / Online Sales Platforms
Digital Marketing
Digital Accounting and / or HR
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and
Various automation and optimization programs.
MSMEs from all sectors can become part of the DEI, while women-led enterprises, coming from disadvantaged areas, reducing poverty, promoting a green economy, and those representing minorities are encouraged to apply.
The Business Consultants Council remains a key partner in supporting businesses based on providing the expertise of individual consultants and consulting companies involved in the project.
